    TEKsystems is hiring a Patient Registration Associate to work for a client located in the Fulton, Maryland area.

     

    These positions will offer an ONSITE schedule for both training and normal shift.

    Job Description

    -Patient Registration Associate greeting incoming patients, checking patients in/out, verifying insurance, providing EXCELLENT customer service

     

    -Answering phones, scheduling patient appointments & next appointments

     

    -Working with providers to ensure patients are being seen in a timely fashion

     

    -Using EPIC EMR system on a daily basis

    Qualifications

    -1+ year of medical secretary/scheduling/administrative experience

     

    -1+ year within customer service industry is encouraged to apply

     

    -Experience with medical documents - EMR system is a plus

     

    -Experience speaking with patients and high-volume phone experience

     

    Work Environment/Shift/Additional information

     

    Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

     

    Pay

     

    $17-19/hr.

     

    This position is of immediate need/immediate hire and is looking to start in the next couple of weeks.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
