About the Role
We’re seeking Enrollment Coordinators to support a high-impact project involving the transition of postal service members into Medicare coverage. This role is ideal for professionals who are analytical, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Key Responsibilities
+ Research and process complex reconciliations for Medicare Advantage, Employer Group, and Individual accounts
+ Ensure compliance with CMS and OPM regulations
+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies in enrollment and billing data
+ Accurately process and track membership requests
+ Work with MARx systems to verify and enroll members
+ Collaborate with a team of detail-oriented coordinators to streamline enrollment processes
• Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate’s degree OR 2+ years of related experience
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ 3–5 years of administrative experience
+ 1+ year in a health insurance or health plan setting
+ Computer literacy (40+ WPM typing speed)
+ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to pass a federal identity verification (credit history check)
Nice-to-Have Skills
+ Experience with EPIC systems
+ Experience in Medicare managed care plans
+ Familiarity with membership and billing functions

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
