    Schedule: Monday-Friday

    Description

    + Assist customers in a timely and accurate manner through phone interactions.

    + Maintain performance standards for quantity, timeliness, accuracy, and quality while responding to inquiries.

    + Conduct research for routine inquiries and apply basic analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.

    + Manage inventory of inquiries and coordinate with departments.

    + Resolve customer interactions by documenting and closing cases.

    + Collaborate with peers, management, and other business areas to ensure accurate and quality resolutions while adhering to performance guidelines.

    + Service customers through various channels, including written or online inquiries, in-person interactions, or off-line data and project work.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
