    Job Title: Member Service Representative (GPO)Job Description

     

    This role involves responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information regarding various products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Additionally, you will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members of other products and services that may fit their needs.

    Responsibilities

    + Respond to inquiries and requests from members within a high-volume contact center.

    + Provide information on products and services with active listening and engagement.

    + Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.

    + Advise members on additional products and services that may suit their needs.

    + Maintain policy compliance and handle high-volume calls in a structured environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Customer service experience

    + Data entry proficiency

    + Experience in a call center environment

    + Ability to handle high-volume calls

    + Compliance with policy standards

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, professional environment, or high-volume retail environment is beneficial

    Work Environment

    The Contact Center is open 24/7/365, ensuring availability for our members around the world at any time. We are committed to work-life balance, and you can select a shift that fits within a reasonable flexibility on your part, without negatively impacting your personal or family life. The role offers a hybrid/onsite requirement with flexible shifts, meaning your scheduled start and end time can vary within a one-hour window. You will handle back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift and may be scheduled to take calls for up to four hours before your next break.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, Florida.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
