• What You’ll Be Doing

+ Direct and oversee low voltage installations in large-scale manufacturing and commercial construction environments.

+ Manage and mentor 4 - 6 helpers and junior techs, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site.

+ Coordinate with project leads and other trades in high-traffic, fast-paced job sites.

+ Execute and inspect installations of Cat6 cabling, network gear, and security devices.

+ Ensure all work aligns with project specs, timelines, and safety standards.

• What We’re Looking For

+ Extensive experience in large commercial or industrial construction (not tenant buildouts).

+ Proven ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and maintain momentum without micromanagement.

+ Strong communication skills and a reputation for dependability, accountability, and professionalism.

+ Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and make decisions on the fly in dynamic environments.

+ References that confirm your leadership, reliability, and technical excellence.

• Nice to Have

+ OSHA 10 & Lift Certification (required before site entry) – training available if needed

+ Your own basic tools (we’ll provide the heavy-duty gear)

+ Mastery of low voltage systems, including Cat6, device installs, and commercial data infrastructure

Pay & Benefits

$28.00 – $37.00/hr (based on experience and certifications)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
