    Job Title: MSR Fraud SpecialistJob Description

     

    As an MSR Fraud Specialist, you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information regarding our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. Additionally, you will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, advising members on products and services that may suit their needs.

    Responsibilities

    + Respond to member inquiries and requests in a high volume contact center.

    + Provide information on products and services with knowledge and active listening.

    + Adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods for optimal customer service.

    + Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts.

    + Advise members on suitable products and services.

    Essential Skills

    + Customer service expertise.

    + Proficiency in data entry.

    + Experience with inbound and outbound calls.

    + Ability to work in a call center environment.

    + Policy compliance knowledge.

    + Adaptability to high volume and structured environments.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles.

    + Background in banking/mortgage or high volume retail environments.

    Work Environment

    These are remote opportunities, and candidates must live within 60 miles of Dallas, TX. Our Contact Center operates 24/7/365, providing service to members around the world. We emphasize work-life balance, offering shifts with reasonable flexibility, ensuring minimal negative impact on personal or family life. Scheduled events, such as breaks and meals, must be adhered to as planned, with most shifts allowing for a one-hour variation in start and end times. You will handle back-to-back phone calls, potentially for up to four hours before the next break.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, Texas.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
