At CADDi, we're a fast-growing manufacturing SaaS team that connects businesses in the manufacturing industry with the resources they need to succeed. We're looking for a highly motivated Partnership Development Representative to join our growing team and play a crucial role in our future growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing key strategic partnerships. We are seeking a seasoned professional capable of engaging with C-suite executives and VPs.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
This role is unique and multifaceted, blending strategic outreach with direct support for our growing partner network. You'll be instrumental in both identifying and onboarding net new partners and supporting our existing partnerships to maximize their success.
+ Strategic Partner Identification & Research: Proactively research and identify potential partners in the manufacturing technology industry. This includes understanding their strategic initiatives, challenges, and how a partnership with CADDi can create mutual value.
+ Executive & Partner Engagement: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, direct mail, targeted events) specifically designed to resonate with CXOs, VPs, and potential partners. You'll craft compelling value propositions that highlight the benefits of a strategic partnership with CADDi, rather than a direct product sale.
+ Relationship Cultivation & Nurturing: Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-suite and VP decision-makers, positioning CADDi as a trusted advisor and thought leader. For existing partners, you'll provide ongoing support to foster deeper collaboration and drive joint success.
+ Meeting Generation & Coordination: Secure invitations for calls and onsite meetings with qualified executive and potential partner leads. While you'll be setting up these crucial initial engagements, the focus will be on building the foundation for long-term partnerships.
+ Partnership Enablement & Documentation: A key aspect of this role involves creating essential documentation to empower our partners. This includes developing PowerPoint presentations, customer-facing decks tailored for partners to use when selling CADDi's solutions, and other sales enablement materials. You'll be a vital resource in equipping our partners for success.
+ Collaboration with Sales & Channel Teams: Work closely with the sales team to prepare for and execute high-level meetings. You'll also collaborate with our future channel management and partnership management teams to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing support for partners.
+ Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and the specific challenges faced by manufacturing leaders and potential partners. Share these insights with the marketing and sales teams to inform our partnership strategy.
+ CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all executive and partner interactions and engagement in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

What Will a Successful Partnership Development Representative Bring to the Table:
+ 5+ years of experience in a BDR, LDR, SDR, ADR, or MDR role within SaaS and/or manufacturing, with a demonstrable track record of successfully engaging and building relationships with CXO and VP level executives.
+ Proven ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of strategic partnerships and SaaS products to C-suite and VP audiences.
+ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with and influence senior executives.
+ Strong business acumen and understanding of the challenges and priorities of manufacturing leaders.
+ Excellent documentation creation skills, including proficiency in developing compelling PowerPoint presentations and sales enablement materials.
+ Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving ambitious goals.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Expert in Salesforce’s CRM software.
+ Experience with outbound sales tools and techniques, specifically those relevant to executive and partner outreach.
