FlexStaff is seeking is seeking a dedicated Inventory Coordinator, to work for one of our clients, an electronics manufacturer, located in Melville, NY.

This is a permanent, full-time job, Monday-Friday, 9/80 schedule, day shift.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and issuing materials and supplies as needed while maintaining an accurate inventory.

Responsibilities:

+ Receive and place into stock all material from the Receiving Department.

+ Check goods received against bills of lading, purchase orders, or other documents to ensure accuracy.

+ Record all stock using appropriate recording forms or computerized databases.

+ Sort, count, and verify raw materials, finished products, semi-finished parts, and kits.

+ Disburse material upon presentation of properly executed stock requisitions.

+ Maintain accurate records of stock levels by deducting materials sent out from the total on hand.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree with 0-2 years of related experience. _Electronics experience is highly preferred._

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are required.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary range for this position is $20-$24/hour
