    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Aftermarket Fulfillment Supervisor oversees the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are accurately and efficiently processed, procured, inventoried, picked, packed, and shipped, while also managing and training the fulfillment team. The aftermarket supervisor will have a deep understanding of the product line(s), parts, and manufacturing processes.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Leads the Aftermarket materials fulfillment team in inventory management and the pick-pack-ship operations for 100% complete and on-time deliveries in a Safety-First culture.

    • Successfully partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service as needed to drive results for the end customer.

    • Proactively communicate order management and fulfillment through appropriate channels.

    • Coordinates and communicates with Purchasing on material demand and schedule.

    • Maintains inventory list of stock parts to achieve high levels

    • Plans and schedules all logistics and transportation for efficient and cost-effective execution.

    • Assists Purchasing in supplier meetings, negotiations, and performance monitoring.

    • Investigates and recommends fulfillment process improvements utilizing available data and analytics.

    • Manages department KPI’s to drive efficiency gains.

    • Review business processes for opportunities to streamline and make improvements.

    • Track and manage department labor costs.

    • Identify and develop leaders within the department.

    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

    • 3-5 years' experience in similar role

    • Experience within the marine industry preferred

    • Strong communication and leadership skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Can-do attitude

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to remain organized and focused on tasks at hand

    • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments to achieve goals

    • Team player with a willingness to learn and take direction
