    This role can be based in our Sunnyvale, San Francisco, New York City, Omaha or Chicago offices.

     

    Imagine enabling scale, precision, and impact across LinkedIn’s global Connected and LMS GTM Operations and Go to Market Enablement (GTME) teams. We’re seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to develop and deliver high-impact enablement solutions that empower our Connected and LMS GTM Operations and GTME teams to operate at peak efficiency and alignment.

     

    As a key member of the Center of Excellence GTME team, you’ll lead global and regional enablement initiatives that drive operational excellence, standardize core processes, and elevate effectiveness. You will collaborate across GTM Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to scope and scale programs that ensure our GTME and Connected and LMS GTM Operations teams are aligned, equipped, and continuously evolving to meet the demands of a rapidly shifting market.

     

    In this role, you will own the development and rollout of strategic programs—from onboarding to continuous enablement—focused on codifying best practices, improving process adoption, and accelerating business impact. You’ll identify risks, align stakeholders, communicate progress, and measure results to ensure operational consistency and strategic alignment across regions and functions.

    Responsibilities:

    + Co-create and evolve the Go to Market Enablement (GTME) strategy for Connected and LMS GTM Operations and GTME functions.

    + Partner with Connected and LMS GTM Operations and GTME leaders to define operational excellence and process maturity across regions.

    + Build and lead scalable learning journeys for Connected and LMS GTM Operations and GTME roles—including onboarding, systems training, and continuous development.

    + Design and roll out Connected and LMS GTM Operations and GTME enablement programs and frameworks to drive adoption of best-in-class processes and tools.

    + Lead the development of global Connected and LMS GTM Operations and GTME playbooks, process standards, and change management toolkits.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement efforts with major GTME initiatives, product launches, and strategic priorities.

    + Measure program impact in partnership with Strategy & Ops and Business Intelligence teams; iterate based on insights.

    + Own enablement program operations—including scoping, stakeholder alignment, resource planning, communication, and reporting.

    + Support operational execution by identifying blockers, resolving risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Empower regional enablement partners to localize and scale programs effectively.

    + Facilitate communications with executive stakeholders, enabling transparency and alignment on goals and progress.

    + Foster a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and accountability across the Connected and LMS GTM Operations and GTME ecosystem.

    Basic Qualifications

    + 4+ years of experience in related roles: enablement, consulting, coaching, sales, program management, sales strategy, change management

    + 4+ years experience in planning, design and development of complex multi-stakeholder enablement programs

    + 4+ years experience assessing complex system level problems and making recommendations accordingly for subsystems

    Preferred Qualifications

    + BA or BS degree or equivalent experience

    + Strong understanding of GTME operating models, sales operations and sales processes

    + Experience building, launching, and managing scalable enablement or operational programs across global teams

    + Demonstrated success in facilitating process change and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups

    + Comfortable managing multiple workstreams with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

    + Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills—especially with senior leadership

    + Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LMS, CMS, and project management tools

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to synthesize data into actionable insights

    + Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate across time zones and cultures

    LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

     

    The pay range for this role is $93,000 to $143,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
