Job Description

This EHS Technician will be part of the QEHS Team. QEHS is committed to ensure Safe and Premium Quality products, and to drive World Class Safety and Culture in our workplace.

Core Responsibilities

Maintain site EHS related procedures and records for Powered Industrial Trucks. Work with Contactors and Vendors to maintain compliance with LEGO EHS policies and procedures. Provide training to site employees on EHS related topics. Coordinate and ensure the documentation, deployment, compliance, and improvement of assigned specific EHS processes. Assist with the documentation and investigation of EHS related incidents. Audit site activities for compliance with EHS standards and procedures. Provide general support of EHS related activities.

Salary

$27.95 per hour

**Hours :** 2pm-10:30pm

Are you up for the challenge?

Must have:

High School Diploma

3-5 years’ experience in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial

Hygiene, or related discipline

3-5 years EHS experience, at least 1 year in a manufacturing facility

Knowledge of federal and state regulations covering Environmental, Health, and Safety

Nice to have:

Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO45001, and ISO9001 management systems

Experience in planning and implementing EHS programs

Knowledge of EHS issues and manufacturing processes

Risk analysis methodologies

Basic knowledge of SharePoint and SAP systems

Office skills (Power point, Excel, Word, outlook etc.)

Basic knowledge in Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene, and Risk Analysis methodologies

Problem Solving, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
