Marketing Campaigns Coordinator VIAJP00001340 * Hourly pay: $35/hr * Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (New York, NY - Hybrid, Must be onsite two days per week (Tuesdays, and a second day each week can be flexible) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 * 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment, Possible Extension A leading digital streaming network seeks a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator. The successful candidate will manage the operational side of the marketing workflow, create Consumer Marketing PO requests for the agencies and events team, etc. The company offers a great work environment! Marketing Campaigns Coordinator Responsibilities: * Create Consumer Marketing PO requests for the agencies and the events team. * Review agency PO trackers and ensure credit is properly received on closed POs in Ariba. Update internal credit tracker. * Create campaigns' budget sheet to track CM spending based on agency flow charts. * Updated SAP actuals on google doc and campaigns budget sheets for each project. * Update Multichannel Video Programming Distributor tracker based on agency trackers / communicate with agencies about any discrepancies * Submit critical payment requests. Marketing Campaigns Coordinator Qualifications: * 2-4 years of experience in similar marketing environment * BA Marketing degree is nice to have * Experience with budget tracking and managing campaign invoicing, and spending with vendors, as they will be providing communication between marketing and the agencies, and finance * Prior experience with the entertainment/media industry is highly preferred. * Experience with billing is highly preferred. * SAP experience is desired, but they will be trained. * Understanding of how media campaigns work. * Familiar with working with agencies, for instance, each campaign will have different flow charts and media buying related to it. * Ability to work with several different departments, as well as different levels of team members, able to maintain and build internal relationships. * Advanced Excel skills required - will be doing pivot tables, formulas, macros and pivot tables and vlookup, will provide Excel reports to agencies regarding outstanding invoices. Shift: * 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Time office hours.
