    Job Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing order entry processes, ensuring accurate data collection, and maintaining efficient administrative systems. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software, particularly computerized pharmacy records systems, to support our operational needs effectively.

    Responsibilities

    + Receive and review prescriptions; enter data into pharmacy filling system

    + Interpret medical abbreviations

    + Troubleshoot orders and obtain missing information

    + Record communication concerning orders within patient records

    + Assist with electronic maintenance of documentation related to orders within patient profiles

    + Collaborate with pharmacy team to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency

    + Provide customer support to callers regarding pending orders

    + Assist in claims billing and adjudication to third party payers

    Job Type: Full-time

     

    Pay: $17-19.00 per hour
