    A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Student Payments: Manage incoming payments, resolve discrepancies, and assist with student inquiries.

    + Departmental Support: Facilitate deposits, coordinate with banks, and oversee cash vault operations.

    + System Administration: Administer security assignments, perform daily processes, and resolve system issues.

    + Leadership: Provide effective performance management, identify training needs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    + Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement operational solutions

    Expected Salary:

    $46,000-$55,000

    Required Qualifications:

    A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Preferred:

    Preference given to experience in higher education environment.

    Other qualifications are:

    Excellent customer service skills.

     

    Excellent written and oral communication skills.

     

    Ability to work effectively as team member.

     

    Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse decentralized customers and constituents.

     

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Teams, Word, and Excel.

     

    Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet, database, query and other analytical tools.

     

    Strong organizational skills

     

    Demonstrated attention to detail
