_Working Superintendent – Carpentry & Metal Stud/Drywall_

**Ultimate LLC** is actively hiring a **Working Superintendent** for a Commercial General Contractor in the Baltimore, MD area. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is just as comfortable managing crews as they are putting on a tool belt and getting the job done. The pay range is **$35 - $45** per hour, based on experience. All superintendents are scheduled for 40+ hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.

Job Duties:

+ Oversee daily job site operations and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

+ Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections

+ Perform hands-on work as needed, especially in carpentry and metal stud/drywall

+ Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Requirements:

+ 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in carpentry and drywall

+ Prior experience as a superintendent or lead carpenter preferred

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
