    JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse by performing shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate has forklift experience and be bilingual (written and verbal). This position is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Coordinate UPS, FedEx and LTL shipments

    + Assemble and pack orders

    + Email updates to customers, prepare Bill of Lading

    + Build consolidations and create manifest for shipments

    + Check goods for damages, confirm piece count, review documentation, and sign for goods received

    + Weigh freight (UPS and airfreight)

    + Load/unload trailers and trucks daily

    + Other duties as assigned

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    + Ability to lift a maximum of 50 to 60 lbs.

    + Excellent communication skills. Ability to write emails and speak in Spanish and English

    + Proper lifting techniques

    + Ability to stage freight, plan loads, and load/off-load trailers

    + Knowledge of basic shipping requirements

    + Ability to use a pallet jack and forklift

     

    WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED

     

    1 year of experience

    EDUCATION

    Required: High School/GED or equivalent
