    Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

     

    Pay Rate: Negotiable over the phone

     
     

    Seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an Employee Health Clinic in Santa Clara, CA. This is a locum tenens opportunity to provide high-quality care in a Primary Care and Occupational Medicine setting.

     

    ? Key Responsibilities

    + Provide direct patient care to employees and eligible dependents

    + Manage 7–10 patients per day using the Epic EMR system

    + Deliver services in a collaborative, supportive environment

    + Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and standards

     
     

    + Board Certified (BC) Nurse Practitioner

    + Active DEA and BLS certifications

    + California NP license

    + Minimum 1 year of clinical experience

    + Strong communication and patient care skills
