    Required Education/Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree and 2 years full time related experience or

    + Associate's Degree and 4 years full time related experience.

    Relevant Work Experience

    + Must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Required

    + Must possess work experience in data mining, data analytics, and data visualization. Required

    + Excellent analytical skills with ability to evaluate risks and trends. Required

    + Must possess excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills. Required

    + Service oriented with a passion for data and problem solving. Required

    + Must have experience with visualization and/or Business Intelligence tools such as Excel, Tableau, Oracle BI and/or Power BI. Required

    + Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, R. Preferred

    Skills and Abilities

    + Demonstrated analytical skills

    + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.

    + Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments

    + Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines

    Licenses and Certifications

    + Driver's License Required

    + Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

    + Ability to read small print and symbols

    Additional Physical Demands

    + Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.

    + Ability to respond to system emergencies.

    + Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
