_We are hiring for an Office Manager to work with a rapidly growing biotech manufacturer focused on cancer research based in Dallas, TX. If you have office administration leadership experience within manufacturing, we encourage you to apply!_

**Schedule:** M-F 8a-5p w/flexibility

**Pay:** $35-$41/hr DOE

**Location:** Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

+ Oversee and support a team of three (Warehouse Lead, Receptionist, Facilities Technician)

+ Oversee office operations, vendors, and facility services

+ Coordinate logistics for office expansion and relocations as needed

+ Support leadership with reports, scheduling, and internal communication

+ Use NetSuite/Oracle for purchasing, vendor management, and reporting

+ Prepare weekly reports and distribute key updates to executive leadership

+ Draft internal announcements and coordinate company-wide communications

+ Foster a positive work culture and coordinate internal events

+ Take on additional projects as needed

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma minimum

+ 5+ years in office management or operations

+ Leadership experience within regulated manufacturing (food, pharma, biotech, etc)

+ Organized, independent, and experienced in a fast-paced environments

+ Proficient in NetSuite or Oracle ERP is a plus!
