    We are looking for a sharp professional that possesses these top 3 skills:

    Safety documentation creation experience

     

    Production experience in a GMP environment

    Training experience

    **Pay:** $25-$28

    **Schedule:** M-F 8a-5p

    **Type of Job:** Contract to permanent

    **Location** : (Onsite- St. Louis)

     

    At this time, Astrix cannot transfer nor sponsor a work Visa for this position.

    **Lead Chemical Operator/Training Specialist** **Daily Tasks** : What you will do:

    + Develop and maintain training documents and assist in the creation of SOP documents

    + Create and maintain a training program across the organization to reduce mistakes, increase productivity, and enhance safety awareness

    + Maintain training records, organize GMP and regulatory documentation

    + Collaborate with Job Trainers to train new employees and transitioning employees

    + Work as a packager or operator as needed

    Lead Chemical Operator/Training Specialist** **Requirements:

    + HSD or equivalent required; A.S. or B.S. preferred

    + 3+ years of packaging or chemical line operation experience

    + Safety/health/environmental documentation experience
