    _Our client is currently seeking a skilled_ **_Laboratory Technician III_** _to perform routine analytical and laboratory testing in support of food safety, quality assurance, and production operations._

    Located in Minneapolis, MN

    6 month contract with extension

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    **Pay:** $25.00/hr. - $32.00/hr.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process, and final products.

    + Document and communicate test results accurately through databases, verbal updates, and written reports.

    + Practice and enforce safe laboratory protocols to ensure safety and compliance.

    + Monitor, calibrate, and maintain complex laboratory equipment and instruments.

    + Support product trials and experimental testing under guidance from senior team members.

    + Investigate and resolve issues by evaluating test data and selecting appropriate corrective actions.

    + Assist in interpreting complex test results and consult with senior staff regarding atypical findings.

    + Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies; place and track orders as needed.

    + Address advanced clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues with limited oversight.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Associate’s degree in a science-related field with laboratory coursework.

    + Three or more years of experience in a laboratory or food manufacturing environment.

    + Demonstrated experience with laboratory instrumentation and familiarity with ISO 17025 standards.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
