Aon is looking for a Risk Management Operations Assistant, on site, in Irvine, California !
This position is outsourced to Aon’s Real Estate client located in Irvine, CA. The Risk Management Operations Assistant will work with the Risk Management Administrator reporting to Client’s Vice President. Primary responsibility will be to provide assistance in administration of the Client’s Risk Management and Insurance program!
Requirements and Skills
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to effectively manage priorities and workflow.
Self-motivated and a strong team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to apply critical thinking to identify process enhancements and efficiencies.
Familiarity with real estate and insurance terminology.
Represent the client in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Education and Experience
+ Prior experience with real estate and property management insurance claims or administration
+ Four-year degree preferred.
+ Industry Certification (ARM, CPCU, CRM) a plus

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position is $66,000 to $70,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted to reflect applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
