This full-time seasonal position runs from spring through fall and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in food service and presentation.

As a Lead Breakfast Attendant, you'll ensure our complimentary breakfast runs smoothly, our food is fresh and well-stocked, and our guests feel at home. You'll set the tone for the day with a warm welcome, clean environment, and inviting spread. Position Details:

+ Schedule: Full-time, seasonal (spring through fall)

+ Hours: 40 hours/week with early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts required

+ Location: Any Witham Family Hotels property (placement based on business need)

+ Pay: Starting at $18.23/hour

Key Responsibilities:

+ Set up and maintain the breakfast area with cleanliness and attention to detail

+ Ensure food and beverage items are fresh, stocked, and attractively displayed

+ Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with breakfast selections

+ Monitor and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

+ Train and support breakfast attendants, ensuring consistency in quality and service

+ Communicate with kitchen, housekeeping, and management teams as needed

+ Maintain supply inventory and inform management of ordering needs

+ Clean and break down the breakfast area at the end of service

+ Provide feedback and help improve breakfast offerings and guest satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Friendly, helpful attitude with strong attention to detail

+ Leadership experience or a willingness to step into a lead role

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

+ Food service or hospitality experience preferred

+ Dependable, punctual, and flexible—including availability on weekends and holidays

+ Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation standards a plus

Performance Measurement:

90-day performance review, guest feedback, breakfast quality and cleanliness, and team collaboration.
