+ Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Legal to ensure compliance requirements are designed into systems from day one.

    Leadership & Operational Maturity:

+ Build and scale a high-performing team across TechOps, DevOps, InfoSec, and Cloud Infrastructure.

+ Proven ability to build and maintain enterprise-grade compliance and security programs.

+ Strong familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and DevSecOps practices.

+ Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a track record of building and scaling effective teams.

    Preferred
