Deputy Asset Manager

**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Deputy Asset Manager** to join our team in **Annapolis Junction, MD** . This role is critical in overseeing and managing the organization’s assets supporting audit processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Extremely detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
+ Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advance business performance
+ Demonstrated experience with managed IT services contracts
+ Experience with Government Contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulations, to include understanding Statements of Work, Engineering Change Proposals, Contract
+ Modifications, Request for Equitable Adjustments, contract scope, and negotiations
+ Demonstrated ability to run Business Operations for large multi-year programs to include management of financial levers, risk management, and ability to lead sound business decisions
+ Financial modeling skills for highly complex solutions to include pricing strategies and options
+ Vendor relationship management and procurement oversight
+ Works with IT Refresh Management and Logistics to ensure equipment availability aligns with monthly schedules
+ Collaboration with all program leadership to ensure successful service delivery of products and services
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Minimum of High School and 8 years of Management experience or bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Management experience.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Tool Suite, especially MS Excel
+ Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Ability to adapt to quickly changing tasks and requirements and the ability to quickly learn new skills while on the job.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
