• CNO Software Developer

    ManTech (Aurora, CO)


    ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Lead CNO Developer** to join our team in **Aurora, CO.**

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.

    + Independently contribute to the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.

    + Apply senior level knowledge of security concepts and networks.

    + Provide guidance to other CNO developers on the team.

    + Ensure software standards are met.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience

    + Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming

    + Experience with troubleshooting and debugging

    + Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming

    + Experience with CNO capability development

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with software analysis and reverse engineering

    + Experience with low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices)

    + Experience with unit testing

    + Experience using Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence, Crucible or similar

    + Experience managing or leading teams

    + Understanding of assembly programming concepts

    Security Clearance Requirements:

    + Must have active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

    Physical Requirements:

    + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
