Driver Helper

• **Location:** Okahumpka, FL | Lake County Area

• **Pay:** $18-$20/hr. + Overtime!

• **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, Occasional Saturdays | 55-60 Hours/Week

**Waste Connections** has an immediate opening for a **Driver Helper** to service the Okahumpka, FL area. You’ll assist the Driver of a Garbage Truck on designated routes, manually collecting solid waste and transporting it to proper disposal sites.

This job requires heavy lifting, working at a brisk, consistent pace, and occasional bending. You’ll also play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and courteous service to customers.

•** **Requirements:

+ CDL License or CDL Permit Preferred

+ Clean Driving Record

+ Solid work ethic & ability to thrive in a team

+ Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. throughout a 10-12 hour shift.

+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment in all weather conditions
