    Territory Sales Manager – B2B Sales – Waste Connections – Acworth, GA

    **Waste Connections** is seeking a **high-performing Territory Sales Manager** to join our dynamic sales team in **Acworth, Georgia** . We’re looking for a **motivated, creative, and results-driven** sales professional with strong **B2B sales** and **account management** experience.

     

    As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll focus on **business development** , **client retention** , and **strategic growth** within a defined geographic area. You'll use **CRM tools like Salesforce (ARES)** to manage the sales pipeline and close deals with commercial clients in the **waste and environmental services industry** .

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage and retain a book of existing **commercial accounts**

    + Identify and pursue **upselling opportunities** within current clients

    + Build and maintain a **target list of prospective B2B accounts** and key decision-makers

    + Target **high-volume commercial opportunities** within assigned territory

    + Track sales activities, leads, and follow-ups using **CRM tools (Salesforce / ARES)**

    + Maintain a healthy **sales pipeline** to meet and exceed monthly new and gross sales goals

    + Prepare and deliver compelling **sales proposals and contracts**

    + Advise clients on **equipment optimization** and **leasing solutions**

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service implementation

    + Perform additional duties as needed

    Qualifications:

    + **Minimum of 2 years of direct B2B sales or business development experience** with a track record of success

    + Experience in **contract negotiation** , **consultative selling** , and **account growth**

    + Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation

    + Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Experience using **CRM software** such as **Salesforce** (preferred)

    + Strong analytical and math skills for pricing estimates and margin analysis

    + Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
