    Ebenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN.     We are seeking a Dietary Assistant responsible for dining room and tray line meal service for residents, dish-washing, beverage preparation, stocking par levels and general department sanitation.

    This culinary position includes;

    + 30 hours every two weeks

    + Day/evening shifts

    + Every Tuesday, and Thursday, and every other Saturday and Sunday

    Responsibilities:

    + Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting

    + Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service

    + Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies

    + Assists with meal prep and special events

    + Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors

    + Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately

    Required Qualifications

    + less than 1 year of experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or

    + GED

    + 1 year of experience
