What will you do?

+ Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor

+ Conduct cash escorts as required

+ Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity

+ Maintain crowd control as required

+ Defuse guest profanity and handle issues or complaints professionally

More about you

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Must be able to be licensed by State Gaming Commission

+ Ability to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations when handling guest issues or complaints

+ Prior law enforcement or security-related experience preferred.

+ Applicant must be able to de-escalate difficult situations, possess strong customer service skills, and complete reports to document incidents

+ Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

+ Must be willing to work 11:00pm - 7:00am, weekends, and holidays

Physical requirements

+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

+ Ability to communicate through two way radio

+ Bending, stooping, lifting and carrying occasionally

+ Vision sufficient to perform duties day or night

+ Exposure to an occasionally smoky and loud environment
