POSITION

HIGHLIGHTS:

- Participate

in Business Requirements and Functional Requirements meetings, identify gaps in

requirements and drive discussion around appropriate solutions.

- Take

complete accountability of Operations - represent team in all forums

(reporting, priority issues, SLAs, outliers, exceptions, action plans, Service

Improvements)

- Interact

with stakeholders, coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage support

operations across teams

- Managing

business stakeholders and responsible for all business facing communication.

- Excellent

business analytical skills including understanding client and user queries in

relation to the business and managing resolution for the same

- Monitor

the performance of offshore team to ensure adherence to contractual SLAs/KPIs

- Partnership

with client for critical events and ensuring adequate coverage

- Participate

in Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reviews with ongoing Project status

- Understanding

of Microsoft Finance IT landscape is highly desirable

- Exposure

to managing projects / programs related to Modern Support solutions like BOT

implementation, GenAI implementation, etc.

- **Proficientin Full stack, Python, C#, Microsoft Tech Stack, Power Automate**

- **Knowledgeof Azure stack e.g. Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Server is a plus**

- **LLMdevelopment experience(preferred)- implementing Agentic AI solutions**

- Previous experience working with Microsoft in any capacity (Full

time, vendor, contractor) is a plus
