Job Title:Synapse Data Engineer & Automation Specialist - Microsoft Stack (Azure Synapse, SQL, Power Platform)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Data & Automation Specialist with deep expertise across the Microsoft technology ecosystem, especially Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft SQL Server, Power Platform & Azure AI services. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cloud architecture, data engineering, and intelligent automation, coupled with hands-on experience in building scalable enterprise-grade solutions.

This role requires a blend of technical depth, analytical thinking, and a strategic mindset to support business transformation initiatives using Microsoft technology stack. Experience working with Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, AI, and RPA technologies is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Azure Synapse & Cloud Data Engineering

+ Design and develop robust data pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics to ingest, transform, and integrate data from various sources.

+ Build and maintain data models (star/snowflake schemas) optimized for performance and self-service analytics.

+ Implement and manage ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Databricks, and other components of the Microsoft Intelligent Data Platform.

+ Monitor and optimize the performance of data warehouses, pipelines, and queries to meet business SLAs.

Microsoft SQL Server & Data Platforms

+ Develop high-performance SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies for transactional and analytical workloads.

+ Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in all database solutions.

Power Platform & RPA

+ Automate manual business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps, integrating with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft services.

+ Design RPA workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

+ Support the adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot for task automation and enhanced user productivity.
