The opportunity
Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring part-time Guest Experience Lead Ambassadors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Guest Experience Lead Ambassador, you will supervise a team of Guest Experience Ambassadors during events, ensuring they are well-prepared and delivering exceptional service. You will handle escalations, support service recovery, and provide top-notch customer service to TD Garden guests, while collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth event operations.

What will you do?
+ Supervise Ambassadors during events. Ensure they are in position, properly uniformed, equipped with necessary tools and information, and delivering exceptional service.
+ Conduct or be present at roll call prior to doors opening, using information provided by the Guest Experience Manager on Duty.
+ Respond to escalations from Ambassadors and involve the Guest Experience Senior Supervisor or Manager on Duty as needed.
+ Support service recovery efforts as directed by the Guest Experience Manager on Duty.
+ Deliver polished, prompt, and positive customer service to all TD Garden guests at Bruins & Celtics games, concerts, and other events.
+ Build professional rapport with frequent TD Garden guests.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on TD Garden and Boston Garden Society offerings, including amenities, food and beverage, activations, and event-specific details.
+ Communicate confidently with guests and clients in person and via phone during events.
+ Collaborate with internal departments (Ushers, Security, Concessions, Housekeeping, Building Operations) to ensure smooth event operations.
+ Surprise and delight guests by delivering best-in-class experiences.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
More about you
+ 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
+ Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
+ Positive, guest-focused mindset with a commitment to creating memorable experiences.
+ Availability to work nights and weekends, covering at least 75% of events each calendar month.
+ Comfortable engaging with a high volume of guests and clients.
+ Able to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
+ Capable of completing tasks independently following clear instructions.
Physical requirements
+ Ability to work in loud environments with flashing lights and lasers.
+ Able to push or lift lightweight objects.
+ Capable of assisting guests using wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
+ Must be able to use a radio with an ear-piece.
