    What will you do as a Psychiatric Social Worker II- Outpatient Mental Health Clinic?

     

    + Manage a caseload of 60-90 patients with high acuity needs

    + Provide evidence-based individual therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic)

    + Facilitate clinical groups under supervision

    + Coordinate care with primary care, community partners, and support services

    + Conduct assessments, risk evaluations (suicide/homicide), and create treatment plans

    + Provide clinical services for court-mandated treatments (AOT)

    + Serve as back-up clinician for crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed

    + Maintain documentation and compliance with regulations

     

    What do you need to be a Psychiatric Social Worker II- Outpatient Mental Health Clinic?

     

    + Master’s Degree in Social Work

    + NYS LMSW license required

    + Mental health experience strongly preferred

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

    + Lift/move up to 15-25 lbs, with occasional walking, standing, and squatting

    Salary Range: $29.44-44.16/hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
