    What will you do as a Scheduling Coordinator II- Mental Health?

     

    + Schedule patient appointments and manage front desk check-in/out

    + Maintain accurate patient records in EMR (scanning, preloading, prepping)

    + Process referrals, authorizations, and no-show follow-up

    + Train and assist front desk staff, support quality measures

    + Coordinate with intake teams and clinical staff to streamline patient intake

    + Provide professional, courteous service to patients and staff

    + Handle confidential patient information with discretion

     

    What do you need to be a Scheduling Coordinator II- Mental Health?

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + 2+ years’ office experience (healthcare or mental health setting preferred)

    + Associate degree in a healthcare-related field preferred

    + Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

    + Proficient with EMR systems and scheduling software

    Salary Range: $16.63-24.11/hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
