What will you do as a Multi-Skill Technician?

+ Serve as the first point of contact for surgical patients

+ Accurately identify patients and gather medical data (vitals, height/weight, etc.)

+ Perform EKGs and venipuncture

+ Maintain patient privacy and data confidentiality

+ Communicate patient needs to the RN and assist with care under supervision

+ Follow safety and infection control protocols

What do you need to be a Multi-Skill Technician?

Education and Experience Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ 1 year of experience in a medical setting preferred

+ Familiarity with medical and surgical terminology a plus

+ Strong skills in communication, customer service, organization, and computer use

Physical Requirements:

+ Able to lift/move up to 35 lbs.

+ Perform tasks requiring hand-eye coordination and mobility

+ Read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Salary Range: $15.61-20.46 /hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
