What will you do as a Multi-Skill Technician?

+ Greet and identify patients using proper protocols

+ Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy

+ Collect and record vital signs, height/weight, and patient data

+ Perform EKGs and venipuncture

+ Maintain confidentiality and practice proper hygiene and infection control

+ Communicate patient needs and support a team-based care approach

+ Assist with various patient care tasks under RN supervision

What do you need to be a Multi-Skill Technician?

Education and Experience Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ 1 year of experience in a medical setting preferred

+ Knowledge of medical and surgical terminology desirable

+ Strong customer service, communication, organization, and computer skills

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs.

+ Perform manual tasks, data entry, and use office equipment

+ Must be mobile and able to engage in light physical activity

+ Effective English communication skills required

Salary Range: $15.92-$20.87/hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
