Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's Neuroscience Therapeutic Area is recruiting for a Product Director, Neuroscience - Market Access Strategy (Mood), to be located in Titusville, NJ.
The Product Director, Neuroscience - Market Access Strategy (Mood) will:
+ Support the development and implementation of payer, provider, & other strategic customer strategies for the Janssen Neuroscience Mood portfolio
+ Collect customer insights and analyze key marketplace trends in order to conceive and support innovative marketing strategies and resources including, but not limited to, development of the Market Access Value Story for with Neuroscience Field Teams & Account field teams
+ Strategically align and collaborate across SCG payer, Value & Evidence, and Medical team's current and future evidence needs that align to prioritized messages and produce robust value stories to unlock market access
+ Develop customer resources and messages to ensure product coverage to label, appropriate procurement pathways, and adequate reimbursement for all approved indications and any associated healthcare services
+ Collaborate with Brand, SCG and Patient Experience Customer Solutions (PECS) team to develop and deploy impactful and sustainable customer strategies to ensure product fulfillment and persistency through various procurement pathways (Specialty pharmacy and Specialty Distributors).
+ Lead strategic direction for Mood Market Access brand marketing team and collaboration in annual activities such as business plan and Market Access Readiness Review (MARR)
+ Lead the asset/resource development for all key market access projects with the Agency of Record for the Neuroscience field sales teams and design assets to support field execution and achieve/exceed market access deliverables
+ Work with SLD and SCG training to design and implement training plans that educate against all key assets and concepts for timely field execution
+ Engage with business intelligence and managed markets analytics team to attain deep, practical customer and marketplace insights
+ Lead all CAC submissions for timely submission and approval

Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmaceutical Science or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
+ A minimum of 7 years of business experience is required.
+ A minimum of four years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care, Account Management, Pricing, and/or related fields is required.
+ The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated track record of business results, a sense of urgency and big picture orientation with attention to detail.
+ Detailed knowledge of managed care organizations, payer types, coverage design, and procurement/distribution channels (specialty pharmacy, buy & bill, etc) is required.
+ Strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills are required.
+ The ability to influence large/diverse teams without direct authority is required.
+ This candidate must effectively manage multiple agencies and internal stakeholders, communicate clearly and concisely, deliver all projects within budget, and assess project impact on driving results.
+ Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing that includes FDA, regulatory, legal, and HCC regulations is required.
+ In-depth knowledge of psychiatry brands and depression therapeutic area is preferred.
+ Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects is required.
+ Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are required.
+ This position is located in Titusville, NJ and requires up to 25% domestic travel
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. ·

+ Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
