We are searching for the best talent for J&J MedTech’s Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, based in Santa Clara, CA!
You will lead talent acquisition delivery, execution, and assessment for J&J MedTech Surgical Robotics, enabling us to hire outstanding talent to deliver the next generation of MedTech solutions!
Key responsibilities include:
+ Apply MedTech industry & business insight as a strategic, trusted advisor to Business Leaders and Human Resource Partners.
+ Serve as a Talent Advisor as you translate the business strategy to help shape and implement the talent acquisition strategy for clients.
+ Build proactive talent pipelines aimed towards critical talent pools that will drive J&J’s ongoing growth & innovation aiding in quicker time to fill.
+ Apply business long and short-term strategies, with special focus on its different growth drivers and innovation pipeline. Apply industry and functional insights to coach and influence hiring managers in the most critical talent insights and outstanding recruiting experiences.
+ Stay largely connected with the external MedTech and Tech community, positioning oneself as an established professional with relevant expertise, business networks, social media presence and external engagements.
+ Cultivate a high level of candidate and client care & service during all stages of recruiting process.
+ Lead a portfolio and guide internal clients in the best recruiting standards and experience.
+ Demonstrate an agile mentality, flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness needed to serve a multifaceted and constantly evolving business environment.
+ Develop deep expertise and market knowledge while staying on top of trends, market changes and talent competitors.
+ Leverage strong headhunting and complex offer development skills to cultivate and convert top talent.
+ Help others understand internal and external digital platforms to develop & implement sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines and cultivate relevant prospect/candidate relationships.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree; Preferably in Health Sciences, Medical Devices and/or Technology related field.
+ 6+ years of direct, relevant and niche talent acquisition recruitment experience with a track record of outstanding business consultation skills.
+ Corporate recruiting and agency experience preferred. Experience in Tech, Med Tech or recruiting field is preferred.
+ Deep expertise in talent sourcing and headhunting.
+ Understanding of legal issues that impact global recruiting activities, namely employment contract law and restrictive covenants.
+ Demonstrable track record to recruit and hire in a highly competitive and complex market.
+ Excellent communication, influencing and consultation skills are required, as is strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
+ Excellent assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and processes are preferred.
+ Experienced in applying metrics regularly to address continuous improvement opportunities.
+ Willing to travel up to 5% as needed for events and team meetings.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$105,000 - $169,050
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
