    **Purpose** :

     

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Manager of Commercial Operations Systems** to lead our key technology strategy and deployment initiatives within our Orthopaedics business. This role will focus on the strategic alignment and deployment of technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance sales and commercial effectiveness.

     

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of new and innovative technologies, as well as enhancements to existing technologies, that will modernize the experience for our commercial teams. These include field inventory management systems, set tracking capabilities, and ERP upgrades. The role will interface with several connected organizations, providing the opportunity to gain exposure to the broader Orthopaedics organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    + **Strategic Leadership** : Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for Orthopaedics Sales and Commercial Operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

    + **Business Process Ownership** : Provide guidance and serve as subject matter expert on business requirements that Information Technology partners will use to prioritize and design technology enhancements

    + **People Leadership** : Provide guidance, structure and development for direct reports, including all talent reviews, assessments, and supporting activities. The role will lead a small team that may grow over time to support various initiatives.

    + **Project Management** : Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of technology projects within the commercial department, ensuring timely execution and delivery against objectives.

    + **Stakeholder Collaboration** : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance to identify technology needs and opportunities for process improvements.

    + **Vendor Management** : Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs.

    + **Data Analysis and Reporting** : Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making, track performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of technology initiatives.

    + **Change Management** : Lead change management efforts to ensure effective adoption of new technologies and processes among user groups.

    + **Value Delivery** - Ensure initiatives are delivering against expected business and financial commitments

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is required

    + 7+ years of progressive experience, including leading others directly and through influence, is required

    + Ability to thrive and prioritize in a changing, dynamic environment

    + Proven experience in managing technology deployment projects from conception to execution.

    + Strong understanding of technology trends and their applications across business processes

    + Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.

    + Demonstrated ability to analyze data, create reports, and present findings to senior management.

    + Must be willing and able to work 3 days per week from our office in Raynham, MA, West Chester, PA, or Palm Beach Gardens, FL

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.

     

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

     

    Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

     

    Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

    Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

    • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

    • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
