    Job Skills / Requirements

     

    2nd Shift 4pm-Midnight

    Varying Days

    **Full Flexibility Required**

    ** A 3-year minimum of verifiable Security experience.

     

    or

     

    Verifiable Military and/or Law Enforcement Service.

     

    **At least 3 years Licensed through ASRB or verifiable Physical Security with COMPLETED Training Certificate.

    + Must be at least 21 years old .

    + Must possess an Alabama Pistol Permit (preferred).

    + Must be able to pass a pistol qualification course. (Both written and range qualifications).

    + Must pass a behavioral assessment.

    + Pass medical exam to test vision & hearing (ability to distinguish color is required).

    + Must pass drug screening.

    + Must have a clean MVR. (Requirement for Driving Positions)

    + Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), if needed.

    + A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you.

    + Possess strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods

    + Monitor access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.

    + Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, employing appropriate actions as identified in established procedures.

    + Must have basic computer experience and the ability to use a tablet to conduct security reports.

    + Maintain meticulous and accurate logs detailing activities, incidents, and noteworthy observations to facilitate thorough reporting and analysis.

    + Communicate effectively with SEI and Client staff members, as well as patrons of the site.

    + Flexible to changes in schedule and routine.

    High School Diploma or equivalent

     

    Certification Requirements (All)

     

    Alabama Security Regulatory Board License Prior Military Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired) Pistol Permit Prior Certified Law Enforcement Officer
