What You’ll Do
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll support children with a variety of needs — medically complex, developmental, behavioral, and more — helping them grow in independence, skill, and confidence.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Develop individualized therapy plans to enhance physical, cognitive, emotional, and social functioning
+ Provide direct therapy in both clinic and in-home settings
+ Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
+ Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on use
+ Maintain clear, timely documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)
+ Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support each child’s success
+ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of experts
What You Bring
+ Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
+ Active Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
+ A true passion for working with children and families
+ Pediatric experience preferred, but **new grads are strongly encouraged to apply** — we’ll support your growth!
