What You’ll Do

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you’ll support children with a variety of needs — including medically complex, developmental, and physical challenges — helping them improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall independence.

+ Evaluate, develop, and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans to restore physical function, relieve pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in pediatric patients

+ Write and maintain skilled documentation including evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, and discharge summaries

+ Educate and support parents/caregivers in daily care and long-term strategies

+ Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed based on child progress and goals

+ Assess natural environments (e.g., home, daycare) and recommend adjustments to support function and independence

+ Recommend and provide instruction on specialized equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, braces)

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to deliver comprehensive care

+ Manage a pediatric caseload and maintain open, consistent communication with families

+ Accurately complete billing and documentation for services rendered

What You Bring

+ Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

+ Active Minnesota PT license (or eligible by start date)

+ A true passion for working with children and families

+ Pediatric experience preferred, but **new grads are strongly encouraged to apply** — we’ll support your growth!
