DESCRIPTION
You will work in a **\#hybrid** model, spending **3 days in the office** if you live close to an **Acosta Group** location
You will be responsible for the **end-to-end management of digital, print, and media projects** . Previous experience will demonstrate a **good understanding of project management methods, tools,** and **best practices** . The Project Manager is the first point of project contact and manages throughout the duration of assigned programs.
In this role, your **strong communication** skills will allow you to **effectively manage schedules, budgets,** and **priorities** with your Creative & Design team, internal departments, agency-partners, and third-party vendors and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
THE ROLE
+ Understanding of the roles and services of departments and offerings at Mosaic North America
+ Manage **small- to large-size projects** independently from initiation through to completion
+ **Manage the production/deliverables** for a wide array of tactics for both print and digital elements of a project
+ A partner to the client service teams across channels to ensure a smooth process, proper resource allocation, and a superior end result
+ **Manage internal teams, delivery teams, and freelancers** to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope; proactively identify project conflicts or resource gaps, and resolve accordingly
+ **Track costs throughout the project lifecycle** , and reconcile estimates to actuals on all projects
+ **Advise** Account Team, agency, and client-partners of **project specifications, timing,** and **cost factors** during the creative process to manage their expectations and achieve desired outcomes
+ Other related responsibilities as assigned or initiated
QUALIFICATIONS
ABOUT YOU
+ 4-6 years proven **Project Management** experience delivering a variety of digital, print, and other media projects within an agency environment
+ Experience in **scoping projects, creating project budgets, tracking actuals,** and **coaching** others in the briefing process.
+ Approach problems and challenges with **solutions** that work for all stakeholders without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project deadlines
+ A confidently **professional** and **approachable demeanor** , with the ability to **thrive** in the dynamic, fast-paced agency environment
+ A solid understanding of **print and digital marketing** and **advertising methods** with demonstrated application of **project management strategies** and **processes**
+ Experience with internal data systems and **project management tools required** . Salesforce knowledge is an asset
