Reports to: Risk Manager Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm As a Carrier Services Representative your role is critical in upholding R2 Logistics’ standard of outstanding customer service. Working cohesively with our operations team, you are responsible for ensuring that all contracted carriers meet R2 Logistics’ carrier qualifications. Responsibilities Include: • Communicating with the operations team to identify and manage risks associated with contracted carriers • Persistently following up with carriers and insurance providers to ensure documents are obtained in a timely manner • Reviewing documentation for quality assurance • Distributing and filing documents Qualifications: • Experience working with insurance providers is preferable • Ability maintain flexible working hours • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Superior data-entry skills with keen attention to detail • Ability to multitask and produce results in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objection • Efficient decision making abilities • Energetic and positive attitude • MS Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat proficient Benefits:
