    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Analyze Trends & Performance: compile and evaluate purchasing trends and supplier KPIs to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.

    + Drive Strategic Sourcing: support sourcing initiatives with data-backed recommendations that enhance value and supplier alignment.

    + Collaborate Across Teams: partner with Procurement and Construction Operations to align purchasing strategies with project goals and optimize spend.

    + Unlock Cost Efficiencies: identify and recommend opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or timelines.

    + Ensure Accuracy in the Field: conduct community audits to validate material takeoffs and ensure procurement accuracy at the community level.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    + Minimum Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)

    + Related functional experience - minimum 1 year

    CORE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

    + Analytical skills – ability to interpret data and identify trends.

    + Attention to detail – accuracy in reviewing contracts and costs.

    + Communication skills – clear interaction with internal teams.

    + Problem-solving – ability to identify cost-saving opportunities or resolve discrepancies.

    + Time management – ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    + Teamwork - s uccess in this role depends on your ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to group problem-solving.

    TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

    + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
