Position Overview:
The **Specialist, Global Marketing** will play a key role in helping to plan, execute and track strategic marketing plans for the brand. This person will contribute to the implementation of initiatives designed to deliver against the company's strategic priorities. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to effectively manage projects within a global organization. As a Specialist, this position requires flexibility and adaptability to work with numerous leaders on varying assignments. A key aspect of the position is the ability to analyze business data and translate it into actionable strategies that drive positive business results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for summarizing insights and providing strategic direction to internal stakeholders. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of flawless execution and a demonstrable passion for luxury marketing, retail, and understanding consumer behavior.
Key Accountabilities:
Initiative Development
+ Support the development of multiple global marketing initiatives from 360 brief generation through creative development and deployment of global asset toolkits. Example projects may include go-to-market planning for new jewelry introductions, brand heritage and expression, gifting initiatives, and support for verticals such as Home & Accessories and Watches.
+ Contribute to Global Marketing team initiatives, such as the master marketing content calendar, ensuring the wider team is apprised of each work stream’s objectives, next steps, and implications.
+ Manage research initiatives independently, including competitive analyses and market assessments, to support the projects at hand, thinking creatively beyond adjacent jewelry brands for ideas and inspiration.
+ Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for regional partners and cross-functional projects, closely tracking all project timelines and troubleshooting complex issues as they arise.
+ Prepare presentations and materials for Senior Management as well as internal calls with Regional Marketing Leaders and cross-functional teams.
Business Analytics
+ Conduct complex business analysis, synthesizing cross-channel insights from website, email, organic & paid media, external sources, and more, with custom data pulls as needed, to measure the success of a given initiative and inform future strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Partnerships
+ Develop and manage relationships in cross-functional project teams, with partners including but not limited to Client Development, Email, Site Content, Visual Merchandising, Media, CVM, Events, PR, and Category Management to ensure excellence in execution - delivering the initiative and full asset tool kit to key stakeholders on time.
+ Provide on-going support and communication on initiative asset kits, working closely with Project Management and internal Creative teams.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years related work experience
+ Deep understanding of the brand’s identity, heritage, and positioning within the luxury landscape
+ Strong communication and analytical skills
+ Business writing and public speaking proficiency
+ Hands-on, “get-it-done”, results-driven, positive mentality complemented by ability to be agile, prioritize and multi-task
+ Exceptional organizational and critical problem-solving abilities with experience analyzing data and insights
+ Demonstrates cultural awareness and understanding of regional differences with the flexibility to work with international time zones
+ Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Appreciation and understanding of luxury, retail, popular culture, style, design, and new media
+ Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a refined ability to navigate global priorities, manage multiple high-impact initiatives, and deliver results with precision and agility
The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,010 - $104,190. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
