    We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our social and creator strategies for SEAS and Interval, two fast-growing private brands under Wantable. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, culture, and content, and knows how to translate engagement into loyalty and growth.

     

    As the Social & Influencer Manager, you won’t just be behind the camera—you’ll also be in front of it. From IG stories to BTS moments, you should feel comfortable showing up on camera in a way that feels natural, relatable, and on-brand. Think of yourself as both the voice and the face of our community, helping bring the brand to life in real time.

    + Interval (Launching July 1st)

     

    The Social & Influencer Partnerships Manager will manage the social presence for SEAS and Interval, and analyze social media engagement, develop targeted campaigns, and strategically utilize UGC and partnerships to amplify awareness of the brands managed.

    Responsibilities:

    + Produce original photo and video content, including editing and post-production.

    + Create compelling, platform-specific content across all relevant social media channel.

    + Write and lead social strategies that bring each brand’s voice to life—you’ll be crafting the copy and captions.

    + Design and maintain content calendars ensuring consistent posting schedules for all brands.

    + Own influencer strategy and execution: scout and secure talent, manage contracts and deliverables, and track campaign performance with actionable insights.

    + Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes to maximize engagement.

    Expected Outcomes for this position:

    + Achieve a measurable increase in brand engagement metrics across all platforms.

    + Grow affiliate sales and influencer campaigns reach month-over-month.

    + Collect large volumes of quality UGC to use across all of our brands and various platforms, specifically paid ads and organic social accounts.

    Requirements

    + Based in the Los Angeles area, with reliable transportation to our Wantable West Office located at 2460 East 12th Street, Unit B, Los Angeles, California 90021 and local shoot locations (sometimes on short notice).

    + In-person availability required: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9–5 PM at Wantable West Office.

    + 3+ years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.

    + Prior experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is required—you're fluent in the aesthetics, pace, and trends of these spaces.

    + Strong portfolio showcasing professional content creation.

    + Proven experience managing influencer relationships and negotiating partnerships.

    + Proficient in social media scheduling, analytics, photo/video editing tools.

    + Strong understanding of social performance metrics and reporting.

    Strategy & Campaign Execution

     

    + Experience building full-funnel social strategies that grow followers and drive engagement

    + Proven success running influencer and affiliate campaigns with measurable ROI

    + Ability to pivot quickly, whether responding to real-time feedback, launches, or cultural moments

     

    Influencer & Affiliate Management

     

    + Talent for sourcing, vetting, and managing influencer relationships that feel authentic

    + Contract negotiation and campaign coordination with creators across tiers

    + A natural community-builder who can act as both strategist and brand ambassador

     

    Performance & Optimization

     

    + Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs like engagement, conversion, and ROI

    + Skilled in using analytics tools to report performance and refine strategy

    + Ability to turn insights into actionable content and partnership decisions

     

    Platform Expertise

     

    + Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube

    + Up to date on platform-specific tools (IG Shopping, Stories, Rich Pins, etc.)

    + Understanding of SEO for social, DTC, and e-commerce

     

    Community Engagement

     

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to foster authentic, two-way conversations with the brand audience

    + Experience moderating discussions, responding to DMs/comments, and building loyal communities

     

    Trend Awareness & Agility

     

    + Pulse on fashion trends, pop culture, and social media shifts

    + Able to jump on trending topics while keeping it on-brand

    + Proactive approach to platform and algorithm updates
