    _Supply Management Coordinator (FOCUS Center) Journeyman_

     

    _Onsite in Hohenfels, Germany_

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    + Coordinates supply chain management and administration tasks at each FOCUS center and sites with greater than 10 parts requiring inventory control.

    + Oversees and manages every stage of the production flow, from purchasing raw materials to the delivery of the final product.

    + Builds and maintains good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

    + Negotiates contracts and maintains communication for timely delivery of goods and materials.

    + Keeps track of inventory levels to ensure that the business can meet demand without overstocking including coordinating with warehouses and using inventory management systems.

    + Arranges the logistics of how goods are transported from suppliers to warehouses, and from warehouses to sites.

    + Coordinates with quality assurance teams and addressing any issues with suppliers or during the production process.

    + Identifies and resolves any issues that arise in the supply chain process, such as delays in delivery, problems with suppliers, or production bottlenecks.

    + Ensures that all aspects of the supply chain comply with relevant laws and regulations, including environmental standards, safety regulations, and international trade laws.

    **Degree(s)/Years of Experience:** (2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree).

    Experience:

    + Experience in coordinating supply chain management and administration tasks at each FOCUS center and sites with greater than 10 parts requiring inventory control.

    + Experience in overseeing and managing every stage of the production flow, from purchasing raw materials to the delivery of the final product.

    + Experience in building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

    + Experience in negotiating contracts and maintaining communication for timely delivery of goods and materials.

    + Experience in keeping track of inventory levels to ensure that the business can meet demand without overstocking, including coordinating with warehouses and using inventory management systems.

    + Experience in arranging the logistics of how goods are transported from suppliers to warehouses, and from warehouses to sites.

    + Experience in coordinating with quality assurance teams and addressing any issues with suppliers or during the production process.

    + Experience in identifying and resolving any issues that arise in the supply chain process, such as delays in delivery, problems with suppliers, or production bottlenecks.

    + Experience in ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain comply with relevant laws and regulations, including environmental standards, safety regulations, and international trade laws.
