We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long\-Range Assault Aircraft \(FLRAA\) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift \(FVL\) modernization effort\. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High\-Speed Vertical Take\-Off and Landing \(HSVTOL\) program, a next generation stop\-fold tilt\-rotor\. This position is onsite in Fort Worth\.

Integrated Vehicle Health Management \(Across Multiple Levels\) \- Also known as IVHM, PHM, HUMS, CBM, Health Monitoring
The IVHM Engineer is a member of Bell's commercial team of Integrated Vehicle Health Management experts which supports the commercial fleet\. The IVHM Engineer will leverage knowledge of rotorcraft dynamics & monitoring systems to assess vibration monitoring & aircraft data to support customer inquiries\. The IVHM Engineer will also work closely with the team manager, Bell's suppliers, and other cross\-functional teams to support new product development and product improvement efforts and create business values from aircraft health monitoring\.
Provide timely responses to PSE \(Product Support Engineering\) and CSE \(Customer Support Engineering\) requests to analyze VHM and aircraft data for technical troubleshooting & support\.Coordinate with other internal or external groups and subject matter experts to provide technical recommendations to support requests\.Provide IVHM engineering support to ongoing program efforts including IVHM system certification and/or system improvements to all commercial IVHM products\.Develop & implement HUMS/IVHM product support strategy
Skills You Bring To this Role:
Ability to prioritize , strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a team player mindset\.Excellent communicator, must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, and brief leaders/customers\.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include intermediate to advanced level knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\.
Qualifications
What you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Electrical Engineering\.Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered\. Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience\.Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostics related to Vehicle Health Management Systems, preferably within the Aerospace industry\.
